"Our America: Unforgettable" is an hour-long special in partnership with ABC News Medical unit that looks at the alarming data of Alzheimer's disease through a Hispanic/Latino lens. The special humanizes the disease by following the lives of two families - of whose lives have been disrupted, devastated and redirected, yet as they they do all they can to educate themselves and to help their loved ones face Alzheimer's with courage, compassion and dignity.
